Aloha Secure Access
Secure Access is a tool that provides restaurant owners and operators with secure, remote access to their individual sites. With Secure Access, it is now easier than ever to view and print reports or make database changes, all from a remote location. Secure Access uses the most current PCI security best practices, including two-factor authentication, to ensure data at the site remains safe and secure when accessed remotely. Upon login and password entry, a unique pass code is sent to your mobile phone ensuring that no one else can access your systems, even if your password is compromised.
Secure Access offers the ability to:
• Run Reports: When logged in, you have the ability to run specific system reports at a single site from anywhere, and also print the reports to a local printer.
• Connect to Remote Sites: Using a secure VNC connection, Secure Access allows you to establish a remote connection with the back of house (BOH) server.
• Transfer Files to and from Remote Systems:Use the Secure Access File Transfer functionality to transport files between local computer and a remote computer in a seamless manner.
• Monitor POS Network Security
Secure Access provides POS network alerts and a description of each trigger monitored, such as out of date antivirus, unmasked credit card numbers, OS updates disabled, available disk space, auto login passwords, undeposited credit card transactions and more. These triggers are monitored every 5 minutes and sorted by five levels of criticality, with Level 5 being the most critical and Level 1 being least critical.
