Right after I talked to you about all of our issues, your tech named "Don" showed up with a repaired terminal #6. He installed it and tested it. It works fine. Then he showed me how to increase the font size on terminal #7 going through Windows properties. A simple reset of the screen resolution to 800 by 600 pixels did the job. I mentioned that #4 had become the master last night and told him that #1's screensaver was going off. So, he showed me how to set it to stay on permanently and that should correct it back to master when it comes up first at 4 AM this morning. Lastly, he asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I told him I was having a problem with the network in our office. He checked it out and quickly ascertained there was a bad cable on the back of one of the computers. He changed it with a CAT5 I had and my problem was fixed. Without question, Don is the most competent and helpful tech I have ever met from Radiant or East Bay. Please let the appropriate people at East Bay know how Sam's feels about his level of service. He quite literally, made my day. Thank you. You were also very friendly and helpful as well Ali. Not to mention timely in your response. Thank you both.
